STM32CubeIDE V1.13.1 update failure

Updated V1.13.0 -> V1.13.1 using IDE update. Now IDE starts with splash screen reporting V1.13.1 IDE windows open,  then within a second, some background update task fails and exits STM32CudeIDE. Uninstalled/re installed no improvement. Now unable to use any STM32CudeIDE. Attached are logs

      THink this is resolved, STM32CubeMX updated to V6.9.1, but not run to complete upgrade. Once CubeMX cupdated and then re-run, STM32CubeIDE updated fully to V1.13.1
