STM32CubeIDE Updating Error to 1.5.1 Version

Hello Everyone,

I have tried to update my cubeIDE from 1.5.0 to 1.5.1 on update tool but every time when try I get error. Details of error is in the picture. Any idea what's going on? How can I fix that?
