STM32CubeIDE installed on OSX 10.4.4 Can't create new project from IDE

Can't create new project, popup window 'Initializing TSM32 Target Selector..." opens and then second popup for "Download selected Files" opens and starts checking for Updated Files and there is no further progress even after long time.

If I close first popup, Cube screen appears but is irresponsive, probably because of second popup that keeps checking for Updated files but nothing happens anymore ?

I believe @kyleprice​ experienced this as well, he posted that:

"...unchecking the "STM32CubeIde" line from the Available Software Sites in Preferences appears to have resolved this."

To make this change, I did have to restart the IDE and navigate to the Preferences prior to selecting the New Project option.

Unchecking the "STM32CubeIde" line from the Available Software Sites in Preferences worked for me.
