STM32CubeIDE installation problem on WIN10_x64

When I double-click the STM32CubeIDE installation package（st-stm32cubeide_1.15.0_20695_20240315_1429_x86_64.exe）, this error will be reported.

How can I solve this problem？

NSIS-Error can be :

- defective package (try download again)

- firewall/anti-virus setting ( try without firewall/anti-virus , deactivate it, if its active.)
