Stm32CubeIDE 2.2.0 Segger JLink no reset/ start after flashing

Hey 
im using Stm32CubeIDE 2.2.0 with a Segger JLink Debugger.
After flashing the device the Controller doesnt start running.
Starting the Debug Mode is working, and after a normal Power Reset the device also starts.
Switching back to CubeIDE 2.1.0 is solving the problem too.

Any ideas?
