STM32CubeIDE 1.7.0 updater does not replace old headless-build.bat

Projects do not build when one tries to use the new headless build syntax from the 1.7 manual.

Manually extracting headless-build.bat from the 1.7 installer and copying over to the STM32CubeIDE directory solves the problem.
