stlink can not work with STM32L100C-DISCOVERY in STM32CubeIde(v1.15.0)

as title, and it shows ST-Link should be upgraded but can not finish it. I also upgrade my stlink (in dfu mode) with stlink utility and finish. However, STM32CubeIde still says stlink need to be upgraded.
