still facing upgrade to latest firmware STLINK V2 debugger

Hi @stm32f4  we are using latest version STM32CubeIDE 1.13.0, environment Ubuntu 20.04 . while flashing binary to board facing issue like latest firmware update available for st-link v2 even after updating the firmware to latest version.
