start stm32

I wrote a program with buttons and LEDs.
I wanted to continue with other peripheral devices. But unfortunately I had to reinstall
Windows. And the problems started: I can neither open the previous project nor make a new one. STM32 Cube needs to be updated. I kind of made two updates from the Help menu, as it says in the warning box. Did not help.
Tried the last two versions of STM32 Cube and in two versions of Windows -11 and 10
I don't understand what happened. Maybe something-
then advise. You may have come across similar banks.

Users are having problems with the latest updates, try STM32CubeIDE version 1.12.1

What exactly does not work? What happens when you start CubeIDE (or CubeMX)  and open your project?

Says who? Which version do you have now? Which version was "working well" before the Windows cataclysm? 

As @RhSilicon wrote, the latest CubeIDE version seems a bit broken, previous v. 1.12 is more stable. 13 isn't a good number ))
