Reordering pin configuration in stm32cubeide

Is it possible to change the pin configuraion in stm32cubeide after code generation? no .ioc file is available from stm32cube.

You can change the code however you see fit. You don't need the IOC file to do so. But you'll need to write that code yourself.

You cannot regenerate the IOC file given existing code.
