Problem with CubeIDE Update

I have two machines with Cube IDE installed. On one there is version 1.6.1 and the other is 1.7.0

I want to update both to be able to open .ioc files from a college that has the 1.8.x

The proxy settings are setup rigth because i am able to get the newest embedded software packages updates.

But if i try to check for updates of cubeIDE i get following errors on both machines:

Hope some one can help me to figure out my mistake.
