no template proposal after upgrade 1.12.1

today upgrade -- STM32CubeIDE // win11

Version: 1.12.1

Build: 16088_20230420_1057 (UTC)

now have : No Template Proposal if Ctr+Space button

and Dark theme can set (all colors) only for 1 file in my .c files , not for all files(( if 1 .c ==color --> other .c == black/white font color

What to do?
