You can find all the documents you need related to the ST products under "Documentation" section of any product's official page.

For the STM32CubeIDE for example you may find all the documentation in the STM32CubeIDE page.

For the STM32F4 HAL and low-layer drivers, you may refer to the UM1725 mentioned by @Community member​, you can also check the STM32CubeF4.
