Initialization of all peripherals dialog box not appearing please help!

STM32CubeIDE making a new project, after I entered my project name and clicked finish button I did not get the Initialization of all peripherals dialog. Instead of this, it directly shows the perspective opening dialog box. Thus, my project starts with all the pins not assigned. It used to appear but now it does not. How do I get it back again? I am a newbie btw.

Double click the IOC file to configure pins/clocks/peripherals/etc. If you don't have an IOC file, you probably didn't create the correct project type.
