I have an error on target firmware extraction (target directory already exists) for each target firmware that have a patch. There is a solution?

STM32CubeIDE on Windows, target firmware update or installation fail.

On Linux this problem seems to be not present.

You mention the problem is not present on Linux, does that mean that this error is on Windows? Or mac?

Just so I get a clear picture of the problem, you can download the packages without problem but when you are extracting you get this error but only for specific firmware packages? That have patches?
