How to integrate in CubeIDE newest gnu-arm toolchain (10-2020-q4-major)?

The upcoming release of STM32CubeIDE will contain an extension to the toolchain manager that will allow you to point out locally downloaded GCC toolchains.

It's coming very soon unless any major blocker is discovered.

Version 10-2020-q4 is not available in the Toolchain manager of CubeIDE 1.6.0.
