How to configure oversampling mode in ADC1 of STM32U575 in IDE?? ADC 4 which is 12 bit has Oversampling mode but ADC 1 i.e 14 bit ADC does not have oversampling mode.

I think it does, but the Enable control is in the ADC_Regular_ConversionMode parameter group, just below :
