How could we deal with systick's NVIC not desired into HAL_Delay?

I am using the Nucleo 'F072RB board with the simplest model SWD pins only & blink example. But the HAL_Delay do not work, even if program priority=0 and unselect all Interrupt on cube_ide tools generation.

Even the simplest example of Green LED blinking does not work.

Could someone give me one way out?
