Hello again!!! I'm trying to use tne new version of SMT32CubeIDE, it's embarassing to ask if the compiled program can produce the NAME.bin instead of NAME.elf. The STM32-ST-LINK programmer doesn' accept the *.elf. Thanks again for you attention.

Check in the project -> properties output formats you need:

I thought STM32 Cube Programmer supported .ELF in the writing tab? ST-LINK Utilities is deprecated for MANY YEARS

Add post-build to convert to .BIN (files) or . HEX

.BIN singular can be problematic if image is sparse, describing regions GB apart.
