Errors: AutoRegisterSchemeHandlersJob and Initializing External-tools

Hello,

I set up stm32 IDE 1.7.0. And I receive two errors: AutoRegisterSchemeHandlersJob and Initializing External-tools. They appear when I start this app.

I am using Windows 7. I have installed minGW64 and Msys2.

Could you help me to understand what is wrong?
