Error while executing with gdb and stm32 processor

Any idea on which condition below error comes up

Device_GetStatus(): ST-LINK device status: LOCKUP
STM32_SystemReset(): Enter STM32_SystemReset() function
handleTargetDeviceEvent(): GDB session, device event: 2
run(): GDB session terminated: Device connection lost
