Error loading during project generation

Error loading during project generation, access to the network is allowed in the firewall, the folder with repositories is empty, I can’t download any repository through the program. I just installed the development environment. I don’t want to manually put each repository. Not for this, I switched to this program.

Are you still experiencing the same issue? Is it the same in every project you create? If so, could you make a step-by-step guide how you reproduce the problem?
