Download Error "This software is not available for download."

I am downloading stm32cube IDE on my windows machines , I keep getting this error "This software is not available for download" . I tried downloading through both chrome and firefox but nothing seems to work.

I had the same issues kindly try a VPN (ProtonVPN's free plan worked out for me)
