cubeIDE 1.14.1 Installing error and HEX not upload

Hi good morning 

i have many dought reagarding this controller  my hex is not upload in part number = STM32F030C8T6 

Please help me :folded_hands:  and my cube id is also give error

You'll get more informative answers if you post more details. What board is this? What happens when you try to upload a HEX file? How are you trying to upload the file exactly? What is the error? Etc...

 Hello sir I have already one hex file But I have know  any idea about how to program this hex file in our microcontroller I use  STM 32F030C8T6 Microcontroller please tell me how to upload  hex file in our microcontroller

I  don't know how to  upload  hex 

Please told me connections and process how I upload
