Could not verify ST device! when using segger J-trace pro Cortex A/R/M to program STM32H747XI

I'm using Segger j trace pro to program STM32H747XI but when I try to debug it gives following error,

"Could not verify ST device! Please verify that the latest version of the GDB-server is used for the connection."

I am using STMCubeIDE 1.14 version. 

what can be the reason for this?

Can you try on a (more simple and old) cpu , nucleo or "blue pill" (F103) board to connect ?

Just to see, that everything  can work .

(My very old J-link refuses to work on H7 ....)
