Hi, I'm new to using the STM32. I have STM32F401CCU6 board with me and an ST-LINK V2. I made the connections properly.
On STMCUBEIDE, I'm getting following error:
init mode failed (unable to connect to the target)

On ST-LINK Utility:
it says, Cannot connect to target

Please help me resolving this issue.

Hello @himanshu05 and welcome to the Community :)

Check connectivity pins and jumper position on the board.

Make sure to upgrade the ST-Link firmware.

    Does it work with STM32CubeProgrammer?

ST has changed STM32CubeIDE recently to reject counterfeit programmers. Could be what is happening. Generally when this happens they still work in STM32CubeProgrammer.
