Can't install STM32CubeIDE 1.40

I had some trouble to install STM32Cube 1.4.0 and I did a deinstallation via Windows Apps-Tool.

Also I delete some Registrieentries.

Now I can't Install STM32Cube 1.4.0 via

st-stm32cubeide_1.4.0_7511_20200720_0928_x86_64.exe

When I start the exe I get

I guess there is a "secret" entry that prevents the Installation.

How can I delete this entry?

Or what else can I do?

This is bad. After tampering with the registry, all bets are off. Try System Restore.
