Can't download STM32CubeIDE although I got an email for the download. When I click the buttom in the email, I got to the download page, but nothing happens, when I click download for windows

Please find this link to download STM32CubeIDE:

Step 1: click on Get software abd connect with your ST Id
Step 2: Select your part number then click on "get lastest"

Step 3: Accept license Agreement , Download will start.
