First let me thank you for posting.

You can start simply by rebuilding the indexer :

• Right click on the project
• Click on Indexer->Rebuild

If the first solution doesn't work try to reset the CubeIDE

And if any of the previous solution doesn't work follow these steps:

• Close the CubeIDE
• Go to the workspace directory
• Go to .metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.cdt.core
• Delete the *.pdom files
