AN4891 - Examples of DTCM and ITCM

I would like to get examples of how to use the DTCM and ITCM per AN4891. I am particularly interested in examples of the configurations defined in AN4891- 1 - D1_ITCM - D1_DTCM,  D1_ITCM - D1_AXISRAM and  D1_ITCM - D1_SRAM.

The memory is all addressable, use your linker script, scatter file, or user interface to select the address/regions you want things placed into.

Enable memory clocks where/as appropriate.

Do you have an example? At least when using Stm32CubIde, it recommends not changing the linker as it is auto generated. Does that mean it needs to be setup in CubeMx or CubeIde? Cheers Mark Get Outlook for iOS<>
