After EGit update, STM32CubeIDE cannot build projects or do anything remotely useful

I use STM32CubeIDE 1.5.0 on Windows 10 Pro 64bit. I have EGit installed for Git integration with Eclipse. Yesterday I received a notification about an update for EGit, and installed it with all default options. Once installed, I can no longer build any project, nor open CubeMX .ioc files.

Here are the errors I receive when I try to open CubeMX:

Here are the errors in the error log:

• 12:00pm time stamped errors from when I tried to open CubeMX .ioc file
• 12:01pm errors from simply selecting a project in the Project Explorer
• 12:02pm errors from clicking Build, selecting new project, clicking Build on new project

 

Every time I try to open a new window or perspective (e.g. debug, build analyzer) I'm met with errors.

Should I upgrade to STM32CubeIDE 1.5.1? Or should I try to roll back the EGit update? And if the latter, how would I do that?
