Run without debugging on VSCode

Help, how do I perform flashing only without debugging when using STM32CubeIDE for VS Code? I have reviewed previous posts, but the most recent Q&A on this issue seems to be from a year ago, and the methods mentioned there appear to be outdated. I am not sure how to achieve this functionality in the latest version.

You may try:

Use the extension’s flash/program command or a CubeProgrammer-based task, not the debug launch. Flash-only is typically performed through a dedicated program/download action, separate from debugging.
