Your post is really too short. Please have a look to How to write your question to maximize your chance... - STMicroelectronics Community 

As such, I can only bet you are attempting to load/debug M33 in Engineering mode while it's not supported on STM32MP25.

You might use Production mode / Through Linux Core ... 

Please refer to Wiki. Modify, rebuild and reload the firmware - stm32mpu
