STM32MP1 datasheets miss JTAG/SWD interface characteristics

Hello,

until now, all STM32 datasheets do not specify JTAG/SWD interface characteristics except for STM32H7: 6.3.33 JTAG/SWD interface characteristics.

The JTAG/SWD interface characteristics should be specified.
