Hello,

We are designing a custom board using the STM32MP157FAC1 device and need to provide one USB 2.0 High-Speed port.

Kindly refer to the attached block diagram snapshot and review the proposed USB interface architecture of our custom board.

Please verify whether the implementation is correct and let us know if any modifications or additional recommendations are required for reliable USB 2.0 High-Speed operation.

Regards,

PS

Hi @PS_115 ,

ST people present on community does not usually do ‘reviews’ architecture or schematics/PCB, but rather try to help you to solve encountered issues.

For an official review, you should contact your local FAE thru online support (ols.st.com). You should understand that heavy support is usually reserved to significant customers.

ST provide application notes and development board examples with full schematics, PCB and demo software.

Please refer to https://www.st.com/en/microcontrollers-microprocessors/stm32mp157f.html#documentation

in particular for USB, the AN5031 could help.

Notice that STM32MP1 Flashload requires USB DFU device connection thru USB_DP2/USB_DM2 (unlike other STM32 MCUs, you cannot flashload MPUs with STLINK).
