Is Samsung K4FBE3D4HM-TFCL LPDDR4 compatible with Micron MT53E1G32D2FW-046 WT:C

I’m looking for a replacement of MT53E1G32D2FW-046 WT:C because it’s out of stock.

So, I have found Samsung K4FBE3D4HM-TFCL LPDD4. From what I can see, it’s compatible with MT53E1G32D2FW-046 WT:C:

• Same voltage
• Same package
• Same pinout
• Single rank
• Follows JEDEC standard

Are there anything else I need to know before making an order of that LPDDR4 memory?

Based on the information compared, I believe the Samsung reference should work, but just in case, there are other part numbers on the wiki that have already been validated by ST here is the link Validated DRAM on STM32 MPU portfolio - stm32mpu

Previously Also i used the same RAM , due to out of stock , USED ISSI { 2 GB RAM } Pin to pIn compatible little be DDR integration Change LIKE RAM INFORMATION {SIZE , FREQUENCY, Diable the Linuxkernel2 form the Memory Region and RIF File} and it Successfully boot.

You may run calibration for DDR and check the setting when using new deivce
