IAR and KEIL support the STM32MP1 for the programming of the M4 core (coprocessor) , not the A7.

A7 bare metal is not a solution supported by ST. Some customers and third parties are working in this topic.

Be aware that if a peripheral driver is not available in CubeMP1 for M4 (which can be usually ported to A7), it is up to you to manage the SW.

This is the case for all peripherals which are different to support extended features of STM32MP1 family (e.g. ETH, GIC, BSEC, FMC, GPU, USBH, USBPHYC, DDRCTRL, DDRPHYC, etc..).
