Hi,

on 2 years Rolling, current values are: 210 PPM, 14.55 FITs.

However, as figures are limited by sample size (failure monitoring is relatively recent on this product family), we can estimate that intrinsic quality level is much better.

Enlarging this calculation to the whole C040 technology products (STM32 and other ST products), we have:

<50 PPM (with 0 FAIL, also limited by the sample size)

<4.40 FITs
