Depend on low power mode you use, it could be:

• any GPIO (wake up from any low power mode except Standby and VBAT/OFF), see https://wiki.st.com/stm32mpu/wiki/Interrupt_overview#pinctrl_irqchip
• any WKUP pins (wake up from any low power mode except VBAT/OFF), see https://wiki.st.com/stm32mpu/wiki/Interrupt_overview#EXTI_irqchip

Note that on Starter Package SW provided with STM32MP15x-DK1/DK2/EV1 boards, the PA0 pin is defined as wakeup pin from PMIC interrupt (linked to PONKEYN button).
