Welcome @Hestering, to the community!

The Online Support OLS was definitely the right point of contact; the community cannot help you, as users here help one another.

However, you did not just open one case, but two cases on the same day, with the numbers 00265734 and 00265426. It is quite possible that there are delays, for example due to the current holiday period, which is why I would like to ask you to be patient a little longer.

Thank you for our understanding.

Regards
/Peter

Thank you for your response and for clarifying the situation.

I understand that I accidentally opened two support cases on the same day. I'll wait for the Online Support team to review my case and won't open any additional requests.

I appreciate your explanation regarding the possible delays during the holiday period. Thank you for your assistance, and I look forward to hearing from the support team.
