DDR3L Configuration

I intend to use two 8-bit DDR3L memory devices with the STM32MP257FAK3. Could you kindly confirm whether this configuration is supported?

how many density DDR3 do you want to connect to STM32? not sure 16bit DDR3 can also ok to connect

how about using 1pcs 16bit ddr3 with 1GB/8Gb density? It should also fullfill the requirement and better cost than 2 ddr3
