Is STM32MP2 supporting LibWebRTC?

The STM32MP2 supports gstreamer. There is a version of Gstreamer for streaming through the WebRTC protocol.

Another library for streaming though the WebRTC protocol would be LibWebRTC.

My question is if the STM32MP2 have support for LibWebRTC as well?

Thank you for your reply

Hi @Windows,

As far as I know, there's no ST-provided, pre-integrated LibWebRTC package for the STM32MP2, but nothing prevents from building and running it.

The STM32MP2 OpenSTLinux BSP provides GStreamer with the webrtcbin element (from gst-plugins-bad).

But ST does not distribute or validate Google's standalone libwebrtc..

STM32MP2 provides hardware-accelerated decoders and encoders used by v4l2codecs/v4l2h264dec  and v4l2codecs/v4l2h264enc in GStreamer.

Hope this information helps.

Regards,

JC.
