updating FUS and software stack on STM32WB5MMG

Hi,

I have custom PCB with STM32WB5MMG, which has STM32WB55VGY. I want to update FUS and software stuck and I would like to confirm which start address is the correct one. Should it be the one from the column STM32WB5xxG(1M) (as the chip is STM32WB5MMG) or the one from column STM32WB5xxY(640k) (as the MCU is STM32WB55VGY)?

I found out that it is STM32WB5xxG. Also, the latest version of STMCubeProgrammer set the address automatically  :)
