Question

UFBGA73 Mounting to PCB Due to unavailability of STM32WL55CC, I am using the STM32WL55JC with the UFBGA73 package. However, it is not possible for me to use a multi-board pcb printer / the minimum clearance is too large to be able to route out.

Please advise on mounts / bga-to-pin adapters or sockets that I can mount on a pcb so that I can still use this chip. Thanks in advance.

You could use a BGA breakout board, but that kills your minimum trace length and makes decoupling caps not ideal.

The best solution would be to use a multi-layer PCB. Can't imagine the extra headache in an adapter is worth it.
