STM32WL5MOC PA Damage without antenna?

Hi, 

If you were to remove the antenna from circuit and transmit on the STM32WL5MOC, would you damage the internal rf power amplifier that transmits the signal due to the signal being fully reflected back to the output of the rf amplifer?
