STM32WL33KCV6A Availability

Table 73 of STM32WL33xx Datasheet indicates an “A” option for Frequency band options (398-464 MHz). I cannot find this variant in stock anywhere. How/when can I purchase this? Will there be a breakout/demo/nucleo board for this “A” version?
