STM32WBA52xx certification

Hi I would like to ask for clarification on STM33WBA52xx wireless MCUs.

 

This was written in the STM32WBA52xx MCU datasheets.

Does it mean that the STM32WBA52xx series are already certified by FCC and other regulations or that the MCUs are not yet certified, but are designed to suitably pass the regulations like FCC and others?
