I have programmed the STM32 MCU as per the document (https://github.com/Seeed-Studio/LoRaWan-E5-Node/tree/qian) However, I'm not getting any response in TTN network. kindly help me resolve it.

That's a pretty complicated many-step process.

A failure/misunderstanding at any step in that process could prevent the final thing from working, and we'd never guess which step it was - unless you share what results you obtained.

As a start, please confirm that you saw the message "Download verified successfully" at step 12.

And post all that you see at step 13.
