stm32 DFU not working

i'm using P-NUCLEO-WB55

i try to update bootloader using stm32wb wiress stack updater.

I saw the link below and set up the hardware for bootloader.

When I connected the usb, I could see DFU in FS Mode in Device Manager.

And i saw the link below and downloaded ble stack.

However, an error occurred while downloading. The DFU mode is then invisible to the device manager, and ST-link is not attached.

I think the bootloader was downloaded and it was erased when an error occurred.

How can I get the P-NUCLEO-WB55 back to its original state?

What type of error did you get? What is the message?
