 STLINK-V3PWR Not able to connect to STM32WL and other STM32 MCU's using STM32CubeProgrammer

Same MCU is working with STlink-V3

Apparently the measured Target MCU voltage is 0.02V, maybe there are some jumpers of switch to adjust to get setup working well.

Hi

I able to connect now using CubeProgrammer, After connecting TVCC to Target MCU VCC.

Without connecting TVCC to MCU VCC , STlink-V3 is working but not with V3PWR.

again V3PWR is still not working with CubeMX IDE.
